Safe-List.com

Safe-List is the most old-school of the three — it's a safelist/email exchange layered on top of a free PTC and traffic exchange. 

You click ads, view pages for a set time, and earn credits plus a small per-referral bonus ($0.50 per signup, last I checked).

Where it's strong: dead simple, free, decent for basic exposure if you're promoting another offer or blog post.

Where it's weak: safelist traffic is almost entirely other marketers cycling through for credits — don't expect real buyers. Earnings from clicking alone are minimal; the referral program is the only part with real upside.

LeadsLeap

LeadsLeap is the most "toolkit"-like of the three. 

Beyond the traffic exchange, you get a landing page builder, link tracker, autoresponder, and a PPC ad network that pays out when visitors interact with ads on your pages. 

The affiliate program pays recurring commissions (25–50%) on Pro upgrades, which is rare for this category — most traffic exchanges only pay one-time bonuses.

Where it's strong: the free tools alone (tracking, landing pages) are worth using even if you never try to earn from the platform itself. Recurring commissions are a meaningful long-term incentive.

Where it's weak: affiliate commissions have a 60-day hold before withdrawal, so don't expect fast cash. Like the others, raw traffic-exchange visitors aren't high-converting customers.
